My very first carbon fin. I m loving it to the max. Bought the short and medium stiffness based on my height and weight.

My first carbon fins after twenty years of using cressi gara. They are great, very easy and comfortable, with adjustable for pockets so I can change my socks etc. I've used them for three hours at a time and never felt uncomfortable. Power wise they are more effective yet less hard work than the garas, I chose soft but being 90kg with weight belt, I could have probably gone for medium too. In the water they are really easy, they don't feel like you are pushing the same way as harder fins do, as there's less stress through the ankle, but they do work because they get you further with less fatigue.

Fins arrived quickly although was a bit taken back by the shipping costs. Fin pockets a bit oversized and require fin socks. otherwise buy a size down. Great performance in the water. Highly recommend.

If your weigh is 75 kg or lower choose soft. I have medium that is to hard. My weight is 72 kg.
Beside thats, they are alright, but a bit heavy.

I'm not a pro freediver by any means but i do some. My primary reason for buying these was to scuba. I do a 20 min swim from shore to reach the wall and these things power me out there efficiently without burning through my air like i have in the past.

Good fins with a good fit. Foot pockets are not as good or confortable as a pathos pocket, but just my opinion. One fin seems to be just a little softer than the other.
