I’ve been using my fins for about a week now. I’ve gotten 20 hours of usage so far still tight as hell but I love it it works like a dream I can only get about 200 m before I have to take it off and rest my feet for about five minutes before I can start again. You definitely need to use a lubricant to put it on, And possibly have to Apply again. My feet still hurt after every use
