I've been using it for several weeks in pool sessions. I noticed a considerable increase in efficiency, time necessary to cover 50 m drops 10-15%. Being positive at the surface it improves hydronamics during dynamics a lot. Besides, hints for selecting stiffness and foot-pocket size are very useful. Looking forward to use it in open water.

I love my carbon monofin! The Freedivershop support Team were great in making sure that I got the right stiffness blade and foot pocket size (it fits tightly). The fin arrived much quicker than expected and was well packaged, so no damage in transit. I have only had it a couple of weeks, used it twice in that time and already equalled my PB in bi-fins. It is a superb fin and once I have got used to it and developed my technique I know it is going to "take me" a long way.

Arrived well packed. Has a tight fit and took a few weeks to get used to, but performs beautifully. Stiffness 3 was a good choice... maybe 4 next time. I am using it for pool training.. for deep diving.. I would recommend stiffness 4 or 5.

I'm so impressed with my new carbon monofin. Its improved my time by 7-10 seconds per 50m, with half the effort of my old monofin. Its comfortable and light weight and taken me into a whole new level in the pool. Hope to smash our national record with it soon. With 7-10 seconds saved per length, I should now be able to add 50m to my old monofins PB, and reach that elusive 200m mark. Thanks for your awesome product. I love it

Got this mono for rec freediving. Ordered with ultra light foot pockets which are a great improvement compared to the standard glide foot pockets - they are much much softer and can be worn for hours without leg cramps. If you are not into the competitive stuff, I would definitely advise getting the Ultra softs. Material and build quality is excellent as with all WaterWay fins I had so far. 5 Stars!
