I had no idea this fin would weigh so much and that it would be so difficult to swim with at first. After a couple weeks my legs adjusted to the heavy fin and extra hard stiffness (4). Now I love it.
I found the foot pocket size a little snug and I also didn't receive my socks with the shipment (they were sent promptly after customer support was notified of the missing socks). After a while I think the foot pocket stretched a little and my toes toughened up and quit bleeding after each use. It's all good now.
I have only used this in the pool and really enjoy swimming on the surface and doing dynamic apnea. I'm excited to try it for depth in the future.

Fast, natural, fragile
I have been pleased with this fin and found the sizing guide accurate. The fin is well made, attractive, sleek. it performs very well for fin swimming or free diving allowing easy gliding in long, powerful strokes and capable of very fast swimming. The fiberglass is fairly fragile though and the fin cracked with some minor beating on it. This is a common problem with fiberglass blades. The support team sent me a custom patch for the length of the tear, promptly. The patch has held remarkably well and has not noticeably impaired the performance of the fin. My next monofin will be a carbon blade.
