Okay for the price
These fins are a bit heavy for being fiberglass. I use them for freediving as well as scuba. On scuba I find that I can't get good trim because these fins will pull my feet down because they are very negatively buoyant. The curve of the fin is not the best either. It is much stiffer near the base of the fin than at the end of the fin, so it's not super efficient in moving you through the water. It has better snap than a plastic blade but definitely on the low end of the spectrum for a fiberglass blade. The color/design actually looks pretty cool though, it looks nicer in person than in the pictures.

Simple swap over using dish liquid as lubricant to slide on.
A bit narrower than the original plastic blade, but still fits perfectly.
Medium stiffness is amazing for through the water power.
