If you weigh under 60kg (~132 lbs), please select stiffness 0-Super Soft. If you weigh over 60 kg (~132 lbs), we advise selecting stiffness 1-Soft and if you weigh over 70 kg (~165 lbs), we advise selecting stiffness 2-Medium.
