We advise selecting blade stiffness in correlation with your overall physical structure;

If you weigh under 60 kg (~135 lbs), please select stiffness 15-Soft. If you weigh between 65 kg - 75 kg (~135-165 lbs), we advise selecting stiffness 20-Medium Soft, for weight between 75~90 kg we advise opting for blade stiffness 25-Medium-Hard and if you weigh over 90 kg (~200 lbs), we advise selecting stiffness 30-Hard.
