0 - Ultra Soft - Is the softest stiffness level, best suited for divers with weaker legs or with a very slow and wide kick amplitude.

1 - Super Soft - Is the mid stiffness level, best suited for divers with a strong kick and a wider than usual kicking amplitude.

2 - Soft - Is the stiffest stiffness level, best suited for divers with a stronger kick or a powerful kick with short kicking amplitude
